Product Introduction:
Our company produces CN-YJJTZ and YJJJZ assembled straight-through and insulation conversion connectors with arbitrary cross-section mating. There are mainly two models: YJJTZ assembled straight-through conversion connector with arbitrary cross-section mating and YJJJZ assembled insulation conversion connector with arbitrary cross-section mating. They are suitable for connecting two cables with arbitrary cross-sections. They are mainly composed of an epoxy insulation body (epoxy sleeve), stress cone, cone holder, and tail tube. If necessary, an external fiberglass protective shell is added. The epoxy insulation body is molded using vacuum casting with epoxy resin, and the stress cone is molded using liquid silicone rubber. The cone holder tightly holds the stress cone, providing long-term stable clamping force and uniform electric field capability. The external protective shell serves as an additional waterproof and anti-corrosion layer, which is optional for customers. The interior of the shell is filled with waterproof sealant. The product adopts a multi-layer sealing structure, effectively preventing moisture infiltration. The sealing rings are made of NBR or silicone rubber material. All fasteners are made of stainless steel, providing excellent waterproof and sealing performance.
The cable cross-sections for each voltage level are as follows:
48/66kV～56/77kV 150~1400mm²；
64/110kV～76/138kV 240~2500mm²；
127/220kV～290/500kV 400~3000mm²
Main structural features:
● Wide adaptability: Any two sections of cables can be docked, which is unachievable with overall prefabricated rubber insulation joints.
● It allows for seamless transitions between straight and insulation, which is unachievable with prefabricated rubber insulation connectors.
● Easy installation: The cable handling length of the plug-in structure is much shorter than that of other accessories, and the dry structure eliminates the need for oil or gas filling, greatly reducing the labor intensity of installation personnel.
