Product Introduction:
The company produces CN-YJJTI and YJJJI integral prefabricated silicone rubber insulation straight/insulation joints, mainly including two models: CN-YJJTI integral prefabricated silicone rubber insulation straight joint and CN-YJJJI integral prefabricated silicone rubber insulation joint. They are suitable for connecting cables with the same or similar cross-sections. They primarily consist of a prefabricated insulation body (including stress cone), a metal protective shell, and a fiberglass outer protective shell. The prefabricated silicone rubber body is molded using liquid silicone rubber, providing long-term stable clamping force and uniform electric field capability. The metal protective shell consists of two metal tailpipes of different lengths and a tubular insulation ring, filled with insulation sealing glue internally and insulated and sealed externally. The fiberglass outer protective shell is located on the outside, filled with waterproof sealing glue, providing mechanical, corrosion, and sealing protection for the intermediate joint, effectively ensuring long-term safe operation of the product. The product adopts a multi-seal structure, effectively preventing moisture infiltration. All sealing rings are made of NBR or silicone rubber material. The fastener materials are all stainless steel, providing excellent waterproof sealing performance.
Based on different working environments and user-specified requirements, the metal protective shell and fiberglass outer protective shell in this series of products are optional accessories: in environments without water immersion, mechanical damage, or corrosion, the metal protective shell and fiberglass outer protective shell can be omitted, which is more conducive to product heat dissipation and longer service life. In cases of long-term water immersion deeper than 0.5 meters, the presence of corrosive substances, or a high likelihood of mechanical damage, it is recommended to use the metal protective shell and fiberglass outer protective shell for better product protection. In situations between the above two installation environments, one type of protective shell can be selected for effective protection, ensuring the intermediate joint operates smoothly and safely throughout its service life.

Main structural features:
●Compact structure: The silicone rubber component is an integrally prefabricated rubber insulation part, featuring a compact structure and small size. Moreover, the straight-through and insulation connectors share the same prefabricated part.
● Easy installation: It adopts on-site dual-machine expansion installation: one machine expands while the other contracts on the connected two cables, greatly improving installation efficiency and reducing the labor intensity of installation personnel.
