Product Introduction:
The CN-YJZGGC series of plug-in dry-type GIS terminals produced by our company primarily comprises two models: the CN-YJZGGCD short-type plug-in dry-type GIS terminal and the CN-YJZGGCC long-type plug-in dry-type GIS terminal. These terminals are suitable for connecting GIS electrical equipment to cables. They are mainly composed of an outlet base, an epoxy bushing, a prefabricated stress cone, a cone holder, and a tail tube. The prefabricated silicone rubber body is molded using liquid silicone rubber, providing long-term stable clamping force and uniform electric field capability. The epoxy is vacuum-cast using epoxy resin, forming a plug-in fully dry structure with the cone holder tightly fitted, eliminating the need for any insulating oil or gas filling, effectively ensuring long-term safe operation of the product. The product adopts a multi-seal structure, effectively preventing moisture infiltration. The sealing rings are made of NBR or silicone rubber material. The fasteners are made of stainless steel, providing excellent waterproof and sealing performance.
The product complies with IEC60859 (1999 edition) and IEC62271-209 (2007 edition). When used in conjunction with GIS electrical equipment, there are some differences in relevant dimensions between the two standards. If the user does not provide written requirements, production is generally carried out in accordance with IEC62271-209.

Main structural features:
●Reasonable structure: The fully sealed plug-in dry structure allows the epoxy sleeve and plug to be sent to the GIS equipment factory for pre-installation in the GIS equipment. This can avoid repeated sealing and electrical testing at both the GIS equipment factory and the user's installation site, ensuring reliable product quality while saving time and costs for the user.
● Easy installation: The cable handling length of the plug-in structure is much shorter than that of other accessories, and the dry structure eliminates the need for oil filling and gas filling, greatly reducing the labor intensity of installation personnel.
