Product Introduction:
The CN-YJZWRG series of flexible dry-type outdoor terminals produced by our company primarily consists of two models: CN-YJZWRG3 and CN-YJZWRG4. These terminals are suitable for connecting indoor and outdoor high-voltage overhead lines and cables, with pollution prevention levels of Class III and Class IV respectively. They are mainly composed of terminal studs, prefabricated silicone rubber bodies (including stress cones), and tailpipes. The prefabricated silicone rubber bodies are molded using liquid silicone rubber, featuring a fully flexible dry structure that provides long-term stable clamping force and uniform electric field distribution. The large and small sheds, as well as the overall shape of the bushing, are designed as a streamlined conical structure, offering excellent resistance to pollution flashover, weathering, tracking, electrical erosion, and hydrophobicity. No insulating oil or gas is required, effectively ensuring long-term safe operation of the product. The product adopts a multi-seal structure, which can effectively prevent moisture infiltration. The sealing rings are made of NBR or silicone rubber material. The fasteners are all made of stainless steel, providing excellent waterproof sealing performance.
However, due to the lack of sufficient rigidity, the product is not suitable for installation in areas with strong winds.
The supporting cross-sections for cables of various voltage levels are as follows:
48/66kV～56/77kV 150~1400mm²；
64/110kV～76/138kV 240~2500mm²；

The flexible dry-type outdoor terminal not only inherits the advantages of the rigid dry-type outdoor terminal, but also possesses the following excellent performances.
●Lighter weight: The entire silicone rubber prefabricated body weighs less than 30kg.
● Simpler installation: Due to its light weight, it can be installed on the ground and then lifted into place, eliminating the need to set up an aerial installation platform, thus greatly reducing the labor intensity of installation personnel when climbing high.
The product is particularly suitable for indoor installation and is the choice for indoor terminals.
