The CN-YJZWGG4 series rigid dry-type outdoor terminals produced by our company are suitable for connecting indoor and outdoor high-voltage overhead lines and cables, with a pollution prevention level of IV. They are mainly composed of terminal studs, stress cones, rigid sleeves, and tailpipes. The stress cones are molded using liquid silicone rubber and feature a spring cone support positioning and installation structure, providing long-term stable clamping force and uniform electric field capability. The rigid sleeves are made of epoxy fiberglass insulation tubes coated with silicone rubber large and small sheds, forming a conical shape overall. They exhibit excellent anti-pollution flashover, weather resistance, anti-tracking, anti-corrosion, and water repellent properties. The sleeves do not require filling with SF6 gas or insulating oil, making them safer and more reliable. With compact structure, light weight, and small size, they combine the lightweight and explosion-proof performance of full silicone dry terminals with the rigid support function of porcelain and composite sleeves, and also offer the installation convenience of GIS terminals. This effectively ensures long-term safe operation of the product. The product adopts a multi-seal structure to effectively prevent moisture infiltration. The sealing rings are all made of NBR or silicone rubber materials. The fasteners are all made of stainless steel, providing excellent waterproof sealing performance.
This terminal is the only outdoor terminal that combines the advantages of explosion-proof, rigid, dry type, and oil-free gas, making it the choice of many power users.
