The composite bushing outdoor terminals produced by our company mainly include two models: CN-YJZWCF3 series composite bushing outdoor terminals and CN-YJZWCF4 series composite bushing outdoor terminals. They are suitable for connecting indoor and outdoor high-voltage overhead lines and cables, with pollution prevention levels of Class III and Class IV respectively. They are mainly composed of terminal studs, stress cones, composite bushings, and tailpipes. The stress cones are molded using liquid silicone rubber injection molding, providing long-term stable clamping force and uniform electric field distribution. The composite bushings are made of high-strength epoxy fiberglass insulation tubes coated with silicone rubber large and small sheds. The overall shape of the composite bushing is conical, offering excellent pollution flashover resistance, weather resistance, anti-tracking, anti-corrosion, and water repellency. The insulating oil filled inside the composite bushing not only has excellent electrical insulation performance but also has a low mutual dissolution or penetration rate of 1/1000 or less with the silicone rubber stress cone, effectively ensuring long-term safe operation of the product. The product adopts a multi-seal structure, which can effectively prevent moisture infiltration and insulating oil leakage. The sealing rings are made of NBR or silicone rubber materials. The fasteners are made of stainless steel, providing excellent waterproof sealing performance.

Main structural features:
The composite bushing outdoor terminal not only inherits the advantages of porcelain bushing outdoor terminals but also boasts the following excellent performances.
●Mechanical properties: The mechanical strength of the inner epoxy fiberglass is much higher than that of porcelain bushing, offering superior mechanical performance;
● Explosion-proof: The silicone rubber umbrella layer covering the outer layer is soft and effectively reduces the damage caused to people and adjacent equipment in the event of an explosion. It provides better safety in densely populated areas compared to porcelain bushings.
●Transportability: The composite bushing is less than 1/5 the weight of a porcelain bushing, making it lightweight. Its inner layer boasts excellent mechanical strength, while its outer layer is soft and flexible, providing enhanced resistance to compression and crushing, effectively reducing transportation and installation costs.
● Weather resistance: The silicone rubber outer layer boasts excellent weather resistance, anti-pollution and self-cleaning capabilities, as well as superior UV resistance and aging resistance. IEC60815 clearly states that the creepage distance of porcelain bushing is only 17mm/kV, slightly higher than the level of resistance to Class I pollution, while the creepage distance of silicone rubber reaches 25mm/kV, meeting the level of resistance to Class III pollution.
● No need for cleaning: Silicone rubber has good water repellency, so it has good self-cleaning ability, basically achieving no need for manual cleaning during power outages (the cleaning rate for porcelain insulators during power outages is generally once a year), effectively reducing operation and maintenance costs.
