DFWK-12 series outdoor ring network cabinet adopts HRM16-12/24 series SF6 fully sealed and fully insulated ring network switching equipment. The switching equipment has the advantages of modularization, expandability, full insulation, full sealing, safety and reliability, maintenancefree, etc. It is suitable for any harsh environment and is widely used in industrial parks, residential areas, streets, airports, various buildings, prosperous commercial centers and other places.
Normal operating environment
◇ Ambient temperature: maximum temperature +50℃ , minimum temperature -40℃ , maximum daily average temperature not exceeding 35℃ ;
◇ Relative humidity: daily average value does not exceed 95%, monthly average value does not exceed 90%;
◇ Wind speed: no more than 35m/s;
◇ Pollution grade: Grade III;
◇ Earthquake intensity: 8 degrees;
◇ Ground inclination: not more than 3 degrees;
◇ Installation location: install in a place free from fire, explosion or severe vibration, well ventilated and corrosive gases. Special conditions
◇ When the equipment is installed at an altitude of more than 1,000 meters, it should be specially noted so that the company can adjust SF6 pressure during manufacturing.

Product features
High safety
All live parts are enclosed in SF6 gas box to realize full sealing and insulation. It has a mechanical interlock that meets the requirements of the five precautions to prevent misoperation.
The incoming and outgoing cables adopt fully insulated, fully sealed and touchable connection to ensure personal safety to the greatest extent. The cabinet is equipped with an air pressure monitoring device to realize real-time monitoring of air pressure during operation.
An explosion-proof pressure relief device is arranged at the rear lower part of the gas box and passes the internal combustion arc test of an authoritative mechanism.
Flexible scheme
The incoming and outgoing lines are flexible and can realize left, right and lower incoming (outgoing) lines. The combination mode is flexible, any combination can be realized among all units, and unlimited expansion can be realized;
Built-in bus expansion mode is adopted to fully meet the requirements of usability, economy and aesthetics. The design scheme is flexible and can meet the requirements of users on site.
