Overview
◇ The cabinet body of the GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts a universal cabinet design, with the frame assembled locally using 8MF cold-formed steel through welding. The frame components and specialized supporting parts are supplied by designated steel production factories to ensure the precision and quality of the cabinet body.
The components of the universal cabinet are designed based on the modular principle, featuring 20-module installation holes. With a high universal coefficient, it enables factories to achieve pre-production, thereby shortening the manufacturing cycle and improving work efficiency.
◇ The design of the GGD cabinet takes full account of the heat dissipation issue during operation. There are varying numbers of cooling slots on both the top and bottom ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components inside the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and is expelled through the slots on the top end, while cold air is continuously replenished into the cabinet through the slots on the bottom end. This creates a natural airflow from the bottom to the top within the sealed cabinet, achieving the purpose of heat dissipation.
◇ The GGD cabinet adopts the golden ratio method to design the exterior appearance and the division dimensions of each part, in accordance with the requirements of modern industrial product design, making the entire cabinet elegant and visually refreshing.
The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a rotating shaft and a movable hinge, making it easy to install and disassemble. A mountain-shaped rubber strip is embedded at the folded edge of the door. When the door is closed, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent the door from directly colliding with the cabinet body and also improve the protection level of the door.
The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame using multi-strand soft copper wires, and the mounting parts inside the cabinet are connected to the cabinet frame using knurled screws, forming a complete grounding protection circuit for the entire cabinet.
◇ The cabinet surface is sprayed with plastic, which has strong adhesion and good texture. The entire cabinet is in a matte tone, avoiding the dazzling effect and creating a more comfortable visual environment for the personnel on duty.
◇ The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary, facilitating the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.
