Overview:
The HK-12/PT combined box-type gas-filled cabinet is a PT-type gas-filled cabinet: the voltage transformer cabinet adopts a modular structure, allowing for the configuration of different quantities and types of PTs according to specific engineering requirements. It features a removable metal-clad structure and a large observation window on the panel, allowing for real-time monitoring of the cabinet's operation. Each PT is equipped with a separate trolley, and both its primary and secondary circuits adopt a tap structure, achieving separation between the primary and secondary compartments. The overall design is aesthetically pleasing and reliable, and it allows for live-line maintenance through withdrawal.
Usage environment:
a. Ambient air temperature: high temperature 40℃ (with an average value of not exceeding 35℃ over 24 hours), low temperature -25℃;
b. Altitude: not exceeding 3000m (coordination with the manufacturer is required if exceeding 3000m);
c. Air humidity: The average daily relative humidity should not exceed 95%, and the average monthly relative humidity should not exceed 90%;
d. The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system does not exceed 1.6kv.
Common structural types:
(1) Upper, middle, and lower arrangement
This is the choice of structure using plug-in solid insulated busbar and gas-filled busbar chamber + busbar connector, with its typical product being HS-X12.
(2) Arrange from bottom to top
This is the choice of using an inflatable busbar chamber + busbar connector structure, with typical products being N2S and ZX1.2. This arrangement is not very convenient for implementing dual busbars.
(3) Arrangement from back to middle and then to front
This is the choice of using a gas-insulated busbar and a gas-filled busbar chamber + busbar connector structure, with the typical product being ALSTOM's WS

◆ External busbar cable branch box load switch unit 1K24 This load switch is specially developed and designed for cable branch boxes. It can be configured with single bushing left-side incoming line, single bushing right-side outgoing line, single bushing left-side incoming line, and double bushing right-side outgoing line. It adopts a single SF6 gas tank structure, with the outgoing circuit capable of being divided into six paths. Therefore, the structure is relatively simplified, facilitating installation and providing greater safety. It makes the single-switch cable branch box smaller in size, easier to install, and a more reliable SF6 load switch.
