Technical description:
1. The enclosure of the ring main unit is made of stainless steel, featuring a fully sealed and insulated structure with a thermal insulation layer on the top. The outer layer is painted in military green. Stainless steel hinges are used, and the door lock is designed for universal access by personnel, requiring no maintenance for an extended period. The box structure can withstand the electrodynamic forces generated during operation.
2. The ring main unit adopts an SF6 fully gas-filled structure, with eight circuits realized by the bus tie of two four-circuit gas-filled cabinets. It is equipped with a manual operating mechanism to facilitate future electric upgrades. On the front of the cabinet, there are operating mechanisms, mimic diagrams, and live displays.
3. The load switch is a three-position switch with three positions: "closed", "open", and "grounded". It is a combined logic sequential operating mechanism with natural "five-prevention" locking function, which can prevent misoperations and requires no maintenance for 20 years.
4. The incoming and outgoing lines utilize 600A fixed cable connectors, suitable for cable cross-sections ranging from 50 to 400 mm2. The cable connectors are made of silicone rubber, fully insulated, fully sealed, and touchable, with appropriate space reserved in the cabinet for cable head connections. The reserved circuits are equipped with protective caps.
5. Install lightning arresters on the incoming lines.
6. Each incoming and outgoing load switch has been equipped with a live display.
7. In interlocking, the grounding switch can only be closed when the load switch is opened; similarly, the load switch can only be closed after the grounding switch has been opened.
