The XGN15-12 unit-type ring main switchgear is a lightweight, flexible, compact, and expandable metal enclosed switchgear. It features a simple structure, flexible operation, reliable interlocking, convenient installation, and modular design, enabling any combination of schemes and meeting various wiring methods. Each circuit can be controlled by selecting SF6 load switches, vacuum load switches, or vacuum circuit breakers. The rear pressure relief channel ensures higher safety and reliability in the operation of the switchgear.
Among the XGN15-12 unit-type ring main switchgear series products, the SF6 load switchgear stands as the flagship product. As a new switchgear, the XGN15-12 SF6 load switchgear utilizes air as insulation and features a simple structure, flexible operation, reliable interlocking, and convenient installation. It provides technical solutions that are suitable for various application scenarios and user requirements. The adoption of voltage/current sensing technology and relay protection devices, coupled with perfect technical performance and a lightweight and flexible assembly scheme, enables the switchgear to perform competently even in airports with demanding operational requirements; it is also well-suited for the needs of smart grid distribution automation.
The main switch of the XGN15-12 type SF6 load switch cabinet utilizes the FLN36-12 (Type II and III) SF6 load switch produced by our company, or alternatively, the SFG type SF6 three-position load switch manufactured by our company. The load switch can be operated manually or electrically. Within the ring main unit, the sulfur hexafluoride load switch or the sulfur hexafluoride load switch combined with a fuse can make and break rated load currents, make rated short-circuit currents, and disconnect transformer no-load currents. When equipped with a fuse, the combined electrical apparatus can disconnect a 31.5KA short-circuit current in one operation, playing a controlling and protective role in the power system.
