Overview:
The HXGNI5-12 unit-type AC metal enclosed ring main switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the ring main unit) is a high-voltage electrical product that we have successfully designed and developed based on introduced technology and in accordance with the requirements of domestic rural and urban power grid transformation. All technical performance indicators comply with IEC62271-200:2003 and GB3906 standards.
The main switch, operating mechanism, and components of the ring main unit utilize original or domestically assembled SFL-12/24 switchgear. Additionally, original HAD/US type SF6 circuit breakers or VD4-S type vacuum circuit breakers can be installed according to user requirements. The operation modes are divided into manual and electric.
The cabinet body is riveted after being processed by a CNC machine, achieving a protection level of IP3X, and equipped with reliable mechanical interlocking and anti-misoperation functions. This product features small size, light weight, beautiful appearance, easy operation, long lifespan, high parameters, no pollution, and minimal maintenance.
The HXGNI5-12 unit-type AC metal enclosed ring main switchgear is suitable for use in AC 50Hz, 12kV power networks, serving as a means of receiving and distributing electrical energy. The main switch inside the cabinet is an SF6 switch.
Normal usage environment:
◆ Environmental temperature: upper limit +40℃, lower limit -25℃;
◆ Altitude: The altitude should not exceed 2000mm;
◆ Relative humidity: daily average not exceeding 95%; monthly average not exceeding 90%;
◆ Surrounding environment: The surrounding air is not significantly polluted by corrosive gases, combustible gases, water vapor, etc.
◆ There is no frequent or severe vibration.
