This switchgear is suitable for power supply systems in central control rooms, underground parking lots, and main ventilation ducts in mines other than coal mines. It is used for power, distribution, lighting, motor and other electrical equipment receiving, feeding, control and protection, and power conversion equipment in 1140 (660, 380) V systems. This switchgear is also suitable for power supply systems in ground substations and metallurgy, chemical, power and other departments.

Technical requirement
4.1 Environmental conditions
Normal working conditions should be within the range specified below:
a) The upper limit of ambient air temperature is+40 ℃ , and the lower limit is -20 ℃ .
b) Altitude: not exceeding 2000m.
c) The average relative humidity of the surrounding air is not greater than 95% (25 ℃ ).
d) In a gas or steam environment that does not damage insulation.
e) Fixed installation and use.
4.2 Special working conditions

The working conditions specified in 4.1 are special working conditions, manufactured according to the agreement signed with the user.
4.3 Design and Structure
4.3.1 Shell Manufacturing and Deviation
The shell should be manufactured according to the specified drawings.
The outer shell is welded with 2.5mm high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, and the internal support structure is made of 2.0-3.0mm high-quality cold-rolled steel plate.
4.3.2 Appearance
The surface of the panel and box of the 4.321 switchgear should be clean, beautiful, firm, and free of bubbles, deformations, and flow marks.
4.3.2.2 The surface of the switchgear should be marked with a warning message "Do not open the door with power on".
4.3.2.3 The marking color and phase sequence of the busbar inside the switchgear shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.
4.3.2.4 The diameter of the grounding screw for the switchgear shall not be less than 8mm, and the grounding screw shall be marked with a grounding symbol

4.3.3 Power on operation
Perform power on operation and check the correctness of the circuit.
4.3.4 Fasteners
The fastener material should be suitable for the shell material, and the bolt diameter should not be less than M6
4.3.5 Cable entry device
The cable entry device should not have sharp edges to prevent damage to the cable.
The through holes on the equipment casing that do not have cable or conduit entry devices should be sealed with sealing components.
