Precautions for installation of photovoltaic prefabricated cabin equipment

It has been five or six years since China vigorously promoted the scientific outlook on development. The development of new energy and related new energy products have been applied in various regions, among which the technology application of solar photovoltaic power stations is relatively mature. However, after the completion of a large number of photovoltaic power plants, the corresponding infrastructure is relatively heavy and enlarged, and the operation is not very convenient. Therefore, photovoltaic prefabricated cabins should be transported out.

Many photovoltaic power plants have found various small problems after installing and using photovoltaic prefabricated cabins for nearly two to three years, and the overall problems are caused by improper installation during operation. In order to avoid these small accidents again, Shandong prefabricated cabin manufacturer Taian Tengda Electrical Equipment has compiled all the installation precautions for photovoltaic prefabricated cabin equipment:

When the prefabricated cabin arrives at the installation site, the manufacturer's staff should first conduct an on-site inspection to avoid deformation of the cabin during transportation. The key is to check whether the cabin door switch is smooth. If the door gap is found to be misaligned or the opening and closing are stuck, the gasket provided for emergency treatment can be adjusted to the prefabricated cabin until the exterior door switch of the prefabricated cabin is smooth and the door gap seal is tightly combined with the anti-collision strip.

2. Relevant manufacturer personnel enter the box to check whether the screws at the parts and their connections are tightened, in order to avoid loosening during installation; During the installation process, pay attention to adding a dust-proof film on the outside of the box to prevent large particles of dust and foreign objects from entering the box and affecting the operation of the central control equipment; During the installation process, check whether the corresponding parts are fully prepared according to the drawings. If any missing parts are found, immediately contact the manufacturer for replacement.

3. After the box is installed in place, it is important to check whether the cabin has reserved grounding devices and grounding wires. The grounding wire of the prefabricated cabin shell should be made of galvanized flat steel not less than 50 × 5mm. The prefabricated cabin shell with segmented modular structure should ensure that each section of the cabin shell is reliably connected with at least 50 square grounding wires.

4. After the completion of the cabin, attention should be paid to cleaning and rainproof treatment of the corner joints of the cabin, and weather resistant glue can be used to seal the joints. If the gap becomes deformed and difficult to adjust, foam agent can be used to fill the gap. After success, a layer of weather resistant adhesive can be sealed. After the whole is dry, decorative strips can be attached and then fixed firmly with bolts.
