KYN550 Indoor Armored Removable AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as KYN550 switchgear) is a small-sized complete set of distribution equipment under our company, applied to 12kV three-phase AC 50Hz single busbar and single busbar segmented systems. KYN550 has the "five prevention" interlocking function of preventing loaded push-pull circuit breaker handcart, preventing accidental opening and closing of circuit breakers, preventing closing of circuit breakers when the grounding switch is in the closed position, preventing accidental entry into live compartments, and preventing accidental closing of grounding switches when live. It is equipped with Bo Guang Electric's indoor medium voltage solid sealed vacuum circuit breaker handcart and is a performance distribution equipment.

This switchgear meets the requirements of standards such as IEC62271-200, GB3906, DL/T404, etc. The protection level of the KYN550 switchgear enclosure is IP4X. When the circuit breaker chamber door is opened and the handcart is moved away, the protection level is IP2X.

Normal usage conditions:

1. Surrounding air temperature: upper limit+40 ℃, lower limit -25 ℃;

2. Altitude: The altitude of the equipment installation site is 1000m;

3. Environmental temperature: Daily average relative humidity not exceeding 95%, monthly average relative humidity not exceeding 90%;

4. The seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees;

5. The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc;

6. No serious pollution or frequent severe vibrations. The severity design under harsh conditions should meet the requirements of Class 1 working conditions;

7. When used under normal environmental conditions exceeding GB3906 and this technical specification, it shall be negotiated between the user and the manufacturer.
