It mainly consists of three components, namely V unit (circuit breaker unit), C unit (load switch unit), and F unit (combination electrical unit), each of which can be used separately or expanded freely; Its structure is divided into an intelligent control instrument room, an operating mechanism, and a primary part. The instrument room can be equipped with microcomputer protection (controller), and the primary part adopts APG automatic gel technology. The arc extinguishing chamber adopts specialized copper chromium contact material, R-type longitudinal magnetic field contact, and one-time sealing process. The arc extinguishing chamber has significantly improved short-circuit current breaking ability and stability, electrical life, temperature rise, and insulation level compared to previous arc extinguishing chambers (copper aluminum contact material, cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic field contact structure, and different one-time sealing process). The operating mechanism adopts a spring operated mechanism that is integrated with the switch, that is, the isolation switch and the main switch spring operated machine are purchased as a whole, which can easily achieve interlocking, and the mechanism has fewer parts, reducing unnecessary transmission links, high reliability, and can be electrically operated according to user needs.
