HSGN-12 series fully enclosed and fully insulated inflatable ring network switchgear is SF6 gas insulated metal common box type enclosed switchgear, which can be composed of load switch unit, load switch fuse combination unit, vacuum circuit breaker unit and bus incoming unit. Integrated three position load switch

The circuit breaker adopts the load switch instead of the isolating switch, which is more safe and reliable. The fully enclosed design at the primary side provides protection for accidental contact. The mechanical interlocking live display meeting the five prevention requirements can provide live indication for the incoming and outgoing lines, and the operation is reliable: the fully enclosed design, all 10kV switches and bus charged bodies are sealed in an air box welded with 3mm stainless steel plate; equipped with silicone rubber cable plug, The cable head is fully insulated and sealed, so that it is not affected by dust, humidity, small animals and other external environment. The spring energy storage operating mechanism can be operated manually or electrically. The analog line diagram of the panel provides switch position indication. The cabinet body is made of zinc plate, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed to enhance the anti-corrosion performance. The pressure gauge monitors the safe pressure range of SF6 gas in the box.

Design description

SM6-12The fully enclosed and fully insulated inflatable ring network switchgear is installed on a galvanized plate frame. The switch unit is in SF6 gas box, and the air box is made of corrosion-resistant and non magnetic 3mm thick stainless steel plate. SF6 gas tank is a "sealing pressure system" which can be operated for 20 years in normal working environment. The pressure of SF6 gas is 0.015-0.04mpa when it is in normal operation

The gas tank is equipped with pressure release device, and when the pressure is too high, it is ensured that the gas can be released from the bottom or the rear.
