Summary

GCJ low voltage reactive power compensation device is suitable for dynamic reactive power compensation of various loads in low voltage (380V) distribution system. It can be installed in the bus bar of low-voltage distribution room for centralized compensation, and can also be installed on the pole of 10 / 0.4kV or 6 / 0.4kV outdoor column transformer (transformer), to realize local compensation for low-voltage load, so as to improve power factor, increase transformer output, reduce network loss and improve power quality.


Major function

The device uses the controller to track the change of the reactive load of the system, automatically and reasonably switch the number of times to avoid the problems of switching oscillation and reactive power reverse. There is no transient process during switching, and it can continuously and frequently switch without affecting the life of the capacitor, so as to maintain the optimal power factor of the system. In order to meet the requirements of different grid environment, the switching mechanism can choose either of contactor switching mode or composite switch switching mode. GGJ reactive power compensation cabinet has the characteristics of stable performance, reliable operation and obvious power saving effect.

The device has many compensation forms: three-phase co compensation, three-phase sub compensation and co compensation + sub compensation. According to the actual situation of power grid, considering the compensation effect and cost, the compensation form should be selected reasonably. Fully solve the contradiction between reactive power compensation and three-phase imbalance, and between three-phase partial compensation and cost. Three phase complementary compensation is adopted for three-phase basic balance system, which has good effect and low cost. In order to solve the problem of over compensation and under compensation of three-phase unbalanced system, three-phase partial compensation is adopted. In order to avoid over compensation and under compensation and reduce the cost, the system with unbalanced three-phase is compensated in the form of CO compensation and sub compensation.
