Product Overview
The XL low-voltage power distribution cabinet is suitable for power distribution in three-phase four wire or three-phase five wire systems with an AC voltage of 500 volts or less in power plants and industrial and mining enterprises. The XL type low-voltage power distribution box is installed against the wall for indoor installation and maintenance in front of the screen.

Structural Characteristics
The XL low-voltage power distribution cabinet is a closed type, with a shell made of bent steel plate. The knife switch operating handle is installed on the upper right column in front of the box and can be used for switching power. There is a voltmeter installed in front of the distribution box, indicating the voltage of the busbar. There is a door in front of the distribution box. When the door is opened, all equipment inside the distribution box is exposed and easy to maintain. This distribution box adopts domestically designed components, which have the characteristics of compact structure, convenient maintenance, and flexible combination of circuit schemes.
The distribution box is equipped with air circuit breakers and fuses as short circuit protection, as well as contactors and thermal relays.
The front door of the box can be equipped with operation buttons and indicator lights.
Normal Usage Conditions
Environmental temperature: -50 ℃ ~+40 ℃ , and the average temperature within 24 hours does not exceed+36 ℃ ;
Altitude: not exceeding 2000m;
Relative humidity: not exceeding 50% when the surrounding air humidity is+40 ℃ ;
At lower humidity, there can be higher relative humidity (such as 90% at+20 ℃ ), allowing for moderate frosting due to temperature changes;
The inclination angle between the equipment and the vertical plane during installation should not exceed 5 °. The equipment should be
installed in a place without severe vibration, impact, and corrosion.
Use, Maintenance, and Repair
After installation or maintenance, the power distribution box must undergo the following inspections and tests before being put into operation (the inspections and tests after maintenance depend on the quality of the maintenance).
Check whether the electrical equipment and secondary wiring installed inside the power distribution cabinet meet the requirements of the drawings.
Check if the knife switch and air switch used for operation are flexible and there should be no jamming or deformation.
Check whether the contact of the installed electrical equipment is good and whether it meets the usage requirements of the electrical equipment itself.
Check if there are any other foreign objects inside the power distribution cabinet and if the sturdy screws in each part are loose.
Ordering Notice
Customers should provide the following information when placing an order:
Primary line scheme and single line system diagram;
System diagram of secondary line expansion;
Detailed specifications and data of various electrical equipment installed in each box;
When ordering a B-type structure, it is necessary to provide a layout diagram and floor plan of the power distribution cabinet.
