The TBBZ series high-voltage reactive power automatic compensation device automatically tracks and compensates for reactive power based on the power grid and load conditions of the 6kV and 10kV power supply busbars through the control system capacitor bank, achieving a power factor of 0.9 or above. Greatly optimize power quality, save losses and reduce consumption, and improve the transmission capacity of the power transmission and distribution system.
For example, TBBZ10-1500 (600+900) - AK represents a voltage of 10kV and a device capacity of 1500kvar. It is divided into two groups
for automatic switching, one group is 600kvar and the other group is 900kvar, with a single star connection and open delta voltage
protection.

The device can operate for a long time under a steady-state overvoltage of 1.1 times the rated working voltage;
The device can operate continuously under an overcurrent with a root mean square value not exceeding 1.3 times the rated current of the capacitor bank;
The device adopts a vacuum contactor for switching and can be operated frequently;
Each group of capacitors is equipped with discharge coils, which can reduce the remaining voltage to below 50V within 5 seconds;
Each group of capacitors can be protected by relays or microcomputer protection control units to achieve overcurrent, voltage imbalance, system undervoltage, and overvoltage protection of the capacitor group. When a certain group of capacitors malfunctions, the capacitors in this group can be cut off without affecting the use of other capacitors;
◇ A single capacitor is equipped with spray type fuse protection, and each group is equipped with lightning arrester overvoltage protection and lightning strike overvoltage protection;
◇ Large screen LCD display controller, real-time display of system voltage, current, and power factor; Equipped with RS232/RS485 standard communication inteLXace and capable of achieving "four remote" functions;
Each group can be equipped with reactors to suppress closing inrush currents or suppress harmonic amplification.
