KYN550-12 indoor armored movable AC metal enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as KYN550-12 switchgear) is the smallest complete set of distribution equipment under our company, applied to 12kV three-phase AC 50Hz single busbar and single busbar segmented system. KYN550-12 has the "five prevention" interlocking function of preventing loaded push-pull circuit breaker handcart, preventing accidental opening and closing of circuit breakers, preventing closing of circuit breakers when the grounding switch is in the closed position, preventing accidental entry into live compartments, and preventing accidental closing of grounding switches when live. Equipped with Runfeng Electric's indoor medium voltage sealed vacuum circuit breaker handcart, it is a high-peLXormance distribution equipment.
The size design of KYN550-12 saves a lot of distribution space for customers, mainly used in commercial and industrial buildings, real estate, data centers, and other industrial power grid substations with miniaturization needs.
Standard
This switchgear meets the requirements of IEC62271-200, GB3906, DL/T404 and other standards.
The protection level of the KYN550-12 switchgear enclosure is IP4X. When the circuit breaker room door is opened and the handcart is moved away, the protection level is IP2X.
Environmental Conditions for Use
Normal usage conditions
◇ Surrounding air temperature: upper limit+40 ℃ , lower limit -25 ℃ ;
◇ Altitude: The maximum altitude of the equipment installation site is 2000m;
◇ Environmental temperature: Daily average relative humidity not exceeding 95%, monthly average relative humidity not exceeding 90%;
The seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees;
The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc;
◇ No severe pollution or frequent violent vibration. The severity design under harsh conditions should meet Class 1 requirements.
Special working conditions
When used under normal environmental conditions beyond those specified in GB3906 and this technical specification, the user and manufacturer shall negotiate.
