Use different methods to control the conduction angle of the three opposite parallel gates, so that the input voltage of the controlled motor changes according to different requirements, and different functions can be realized.
How it works:
The high-voltage soft start cabinet adopts computer control technology and power electronics technology, and the switching element of the main loop adopts high-voltage and high-power thyristors, which realize the output voltage by controlling the thyristors, and the starting current is optimally controlled according to the starting conditions to achieve the smooth start and stop of the motor.
The high-voltage soft start cabinet can reduce the voltage applied to the motor by controlling the thyristors, and then smoothly increase the motor torque by slowly controlling the voltage and current applied to the motor, until the motor accelerates to full speed operation, which can effectively reduce the starting current, and the thyristor static and dynamic voltage equalization protection measures should have the characteristics of technology, compact structure, safety and reliability, and convenient maintenance

Protection Functions
There are 6 levels of overload protection, which are protected according to the set overload protection curve.
Overcurrent protection: 20-500% Ie realizes overcurrent protection during operation by detecting the current during operation;
Overvoltage protection: when the main grid voltage rises to 120% of the rated voltage, delay 1~10S (adjustable), trip protection;
Undervoltage protection: when the main grid voltage is lower than 70% of the rated voltage, the delay time is 1~10S (adjustable), trip protection;
Phase Loss Protection: When any phase is missing, trip protection;
Phase sequence protection: Phase sequence detection can be set to protect when phase sequence errors are detected.
Phase current imbalance: The current imbalance of the main loop exceeds the set value (0~100% adjustable), trip protection;
Thyristor over-temperature protection: trip protection when the temperature of the thyristor radiator exceeds 85°C;
Starting overtime protection: within the set long starting time (0~120S adjustable), the motor still does not reach full speed, trip protection;
Zero-sequence protection: trip protection when leakage current is detected
