The KRTBB series outdoor box-type medium and high voltage reactive power compensation device is mainly used for automatic reactive power compensation of 6KV and 10KV busbars in 220KV and below distribution substations, as well as on-load tap changing in substations. It achieves comprehensive control of substation voltage and reactive power by automatically adjusting the on-load tap changer of the substation and automatically switching the capacitor banks on the busbar.

KRTBB series outdoor box-type medium and high voltage reactive power compensation device is mainly used for the automatic reactive power compensation of 6KV and 10KV busbars of 220KV and below distribution network substations and the on-load voltage regulation of substations.
The main components of the device are: outdoor box, complete cabinet, capacitor, reactor, capacitor switch, discharge coil, isolation switch, compensation controller, capacitor special microcomputer protection unit, temperature control fan device, electromagnetic lock, insulation and so on.
Conditions of use
Ambient temperature: -40+45°C, average temperature not exceeding +35°C in 24 hours.
Allocation: no more than 2000 meters, higher than 2000 meters adopts high prototype products.
Humidity: The daily average is not greater than 95%, and the monthly average is not greater than 90%.
Seismic resistance: the seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees.
The slope of the ground should not be greater than 3°.
Installation site: The place of use is not allowed to have explosive hazardous media, the surrounding environment should not contain corrosive metals and insulation gases and conductive media, and it is not allowed to be filled with water vapor and serious mold.

● Configure reactors with different reactances according to the harmonics of the user's on-site system to limit the closing inrush current and suppress the harmonic current of the system.
●The capacitor bank can be automatically switched according to the user's reactive power needs.
●It has the functions of undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent and three-phase unbalanced voltage protection and differential current protection, and the capacitors of the group are cut off and locked when they fail, which does not affect the normal operation of other capacitor banks.

The compensation capacity can be configured arbitrarily according to user requirements.
The selection of compensation capacity should reduce the number of loops as much as possible and adopt the method of equal volume switching as much as possible.
The controller can add the switching function according to the principle of voltage priority.
When the reactor is only used to limit the inrush current, the reactance rate is 0.1%~1.0%: when it is used to suppress 5 or 7 harmonics and above, the reactance rate is 5%~6%: when it is used to suppress 3 harmonics or more, the reactance rate is 12~13%.
The switch switch can be switched with a special switch for capacitors: JCZ8 type high-voltage AC vacuum contactor can also be used.
When there is no capacitor cabinet feeder switch in the user power supply system, the inlet switch cabinet can be added.
When there is a capacitor cabinet feeder switch in the user's power supply system, an isolation switch can be added according to the user's requirements to form an obvious break point for easy maintenance.
