Short Description:
The KRTBB series outdoor framework high-voltage reactive power compensation device is mainly used in 6kV, 10kV, 24kV, and 35kV three-phase power systems to adjust and balance network voltage, improve power factor, reduce losses, and enhance power supply quality.
Functional features:

●Outdoor frame capacitor set: composed of series reactor, wire frame and capacitor structure, hollow reactor is generally three-phase stacked or three-phase flat.
●The inlet frame includes high-voltage isolation switches, discharge coils and lightning arresters, the capacitor rack is generally arranged in two layers and one row, the capacity is particularly large, the two rows and two layers can be arranged, the inlet frame and the capacitor architecture are parallel, the height and depth are the same, each capacitor is equipped with an external fuse, the capacitor structure door can be a mesh door or a steel door with an observation window. The reactor must be enclosed with a mesh fence.
●Outdoor frame type: GW4-12D high-voltage disconnect switch enters the wire, and the switch is installed on the platform. After the disconnect switch is the reactor, which is generally a three-phase stack, and can be installed in a split phase when the capacity is large, and the corresponding capacitor is also installed in a split phase. When the capacitor has a single capacity of 50~500kvar, the capacitor frame is arranged in a single row or double row and three layers, and the arrester and discharge coil are installed on the architecture: 200kvar and above capacitors are generally arranged in single row or double row and two layers: when the capacity is particularly large, the capacitor can be arranged in phases, and each phase is arranged in two rows and one layer, and the arrester and discharge coil are placed on the top of the frame. The whole set of devices is surrounded by a mesh fence of not less than 2 meters, and the mesh fence door should have at least one flap to facilitate inspection and maintenance.
●The 35KV devices are all outdoor frame types, and the capacitance and reactance are divided into phases. The capacitive architecture is ground insulated by 35KV high-voltage insulators supported. The capacitors are arranged in two rows and one layer. The surge arrester is installed near the reactor and the discharge coil is installed at the neutral point of the structure. The 35KV power supply is led to the upper end of the GW4-35D disconnect switch, and the switch is installed on the platform. The whole set of devices is surrounded by a mesh fence door of not less than 2 meters, and the mesh fence door should have at least one flap to facilitate inspection and maintenance.
Performance characteristics
1. The device allows long-term operation at 1.1 times the rated voltage of power frequency.
2. The device allows continuous operation at steady-state overcurrent of 1.3 times the rated current due to overvoltage and higher harmonics.
3. The device can limit the inrush current generated at the moment of capacitor operation to less than 20 times the rated current of the capacitor bank.
4. According to the power distribution system, reactors with different reactance can be configured to suppress harmonics and closing inrush current.
5. High-voltage power capacitors using process and full-film dielectric have the characteristics of high reliability, long life, low loss, low operating temperature rise, etc., and also have the characteristics of high discharge starting voltage and good sealing performance.
6. It has a perfect capacitor protection function, and the short-circuit protection of a single capacitor adopts a high-voltage jet-by-fuse fuse; And according to the different wiring methods, the capacitor bank is equipped with relay protection such as open triangle unbalanced voltage and neutral point unbalanced current.
7. The difference between the measured total capacity of the capacitor and the sum of the rated values of each capacitor shall not exceed +10%--0, and the capacitance deviation of each phase shall not exceed 5%.

Usage environment

2. Allocation: no more than 2000 meters, higher than 2000 meters use high prototype products.
3. Humidity: the daily average is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90%.
4. Outdoor wind speed ≤35m/s, earthquake resistance: no more than 8 degrees earthquake intensity.
5. Installation site: The place of use is not allowed to have explosive hazardous media, the surrounding environment should not contain corrosive metals and insulation gases and conductive media, and it is not allowed to be filled with water vapor and serious mold.
