Structure and working principle
Device structure
The device is composed of a high-voltage capacitor switching device, a microcomputer automatic control box, an outdoor opening current sensor, a drop fuse, a zinc oxide arrester, etc.
The high-voltage capacitor switching device adopts an integrated box structure, that is, the full-film high-voltage shunt capacitor, the capacitor special (vacuum) switch, the power supply voltage transformer, the capacitor protection current transformer (non-power side sampling current transformer) and other components are assembled in a box, which is convenient for on-site installation. The switching device and the microcomputer automatic control box are connected by aviation cables, which has enough safety distance to operate on the controller without power outage, providing safety and convenience for operation.
Working principle of the device
Close the drop fuse, the device is connected to the high-voltage power supply, the secondary circuit AC220V power supply is turned on, the high-voltage capacitor automatic controller (hereinafter referred to as the automatic controller) starts to work, when the voltage or power factor of the line, the running time, and the reactive power are in the pre-set switching range, the automatic controller connects the capacitor special switch to close the loop, and the capacitor special switch is sucked, and the capacitor bank is put into line operation. When the voltage or power factor, running time, and reactive power of the line are within the range of cut-off, the automatic controller connects the trip loop, and the special switch switch for capacitors trips to withdraw the capacitor group from operation. Thus, the automatic switching of capacitors is realized, and the purpose of improving the functional factor, reducing line loss, saving power and improving voltage quality is realized.
Control and protection functions
Control mode: with manual and automatic mode
Manual operation: The button on the control box is operated manually on site to make the vacuum contactor action, and the drop fuse is operated with an insulating rod.
Automatic operation: Through the preset value of the intelligent reactive power controller provided by the device, the capacitor is automatically switched according to the selected parameters. (Proximity and remote control functions are also available upon request)
Control mode: With intelligent patrol control function, it must have automatic control methods such as voltage control, time control, voltage time control, power factor control, and voltage reactive power control.
Voltage control mode, according to the fluctuation of voltage, set the voltage switching threshold switching capacitor.
The time control method can set several time periods every day, and set the switching time period for control.
The voltage time control mode can be set up in two time periods per day, and the time period is controlled according to the voltage control mode.
The power factor control method uses the controller to automatically calculate the grid condition after switching, and controls the capacitor bank switching according to the power factor control mode.
The voltage reactive power control mode is controlled according to the telephone reactive power nine-zone diagram.
Protection functions: The controller has protection functions such as short circuit protection, over-voltage protection, loss voltage protection, over-current protection, phase loss protection, cutting delay protection (10-minute protection, preventing capacitor live load gate), anti-oscillation switching protection, and daily switching limit protection.
Data logging function: In addition to the basic control function, the controller also needs to have the distribution network operation data and other data logging functions. Query the real-time parameters such as line voltage, current, power factor, active power, reactive power, and total harmonic distortion rate.
Real-time data statistics and storage on the hour every day: including voltage, current, power factor, active power, reactive power, total harmonic distortion rate and other parameters.
Daily line value data statistical storage: including voltage, current, power factor, active power, reactive power, total harmonic distortion rate large value, small value and occurrence time.
Daily capacitor bank action statistics storage: including the number of actions, action objects, action nature, (protection action, automatic switching), and according to voltage, current, power factor, active factor, reactive power and other parameters during operation. The capacitor bank input and removal are counted as one action each. The above historical data is stored intact for no less than 90 days.
