Short Description:
HD11FA series of misoperation-proof isolators are suitable for low-voltage complete power distribution equipment with rated insulation voltage of 660V rated working voltage of 380V, rated frequency of 50Hz and rated working current up to 1500A. They are used as a separate or to isolate the power supply under no-load condition (i.e. with voltage but without current). The structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and it meets standards of IEC60947-3 and GB/T14048.3.

structure characteristics:
1. In this series of isolators, the 200, 400A models use a single blade, and the 00~1500A models use a double blade, with all blades equipped with leaf springs on both sides to achieve contact pressure. All contacts and blades are tin-ated to enhance surface protection and reduce contact resistance.
2. This series of isolators uses a central insulating cover plate operating handle, which prevents operators from touching the live parts of isolator during operation.
3. This series of isolators has a latch mechanism that ensures the isolator remains closed when the latch mechanism is in the closed position; can also withstand short-term surge currents without causing a false trip. To perform the opening operation, the latch must be unlocked first.
4. A LX19 travel switch can be installed on the isolator mounting board, with the travel switch's contact status controlled by the cover plate's open/close position. The structure ensures that travel switch's normally closed contact opens before the main contact and closes after the main contact. If the travel switch's contacts are connected to the coil circuit of a contactor automatic air circuit breaker, it can ensure the isolator's no-load closing and opening.
