This circuit breaker has a small size and high breaking capacity. The characteristics of short arc and anti vibration make it an ideal product for land and ship use. The rated insulation voltage of the circuit breaker is 1000V (JKM1-80 is 800V), suitable for distribution networks with AC 50Hz/60Hz rated working voltage up to 1000V and rated current up to 1250A.

The rated insulation voltage of the circuit breaker is 1000V (JKM1-80 is 800V), suitable for distribution networks with AC 50Hz/60Hz rated working voltage up to 1000V and rated current up to 1250A. It is used to distribute electrical energy and protect lines and power equipment from damage caused by overload, short circuit, and undervoltage faults. It can also be used for infrequent line switching and motor starting, as well as overload, short circuit, and undervoltage protection.
Circuit breakers can be installed vertically or horizontally.

Normal working conditions:
The altitude of the installation site is not more than 2000m;
The ambient air temperature does not exceed +40℃, and its average temperature over 24 hours does not exceed +35℃; the lower limit of ambient air temperature is -5°C
Note: If the ambient air temperature is higher than +40°C or lower than -5°C, consultation with the manufacturer is required;
When the maximum temperature reaches +40℃C, the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 50%. At lower temperatures, higher humidity is permissible, for instance, up to 90% at 20℃C. Special measures should be taken for condensation that occasionally forms on products due to temperature changes;
The pollution level is Grade 3;
The installation category of the main circuit of the circuit breaker is III, while the installation category of the auxiliary and control circuits that are not connected to the main circuit is I;
The maximum inclination for installation is 22.5°;
It can work reliably when subjected to normal vibration from ships.

The following items must be clearly filled in at the place of ordering: circuit breaker model and rated current; Short circuit protection current setting value (if not specified at the time of ordering, please supply according to 10In); Release method and accessory code (see Table 2): If not specified during ordering, all products will be supplied without accessories (i.e. 3300 or 4300); When ordering circuit breakers with shunt release or undervoltage release, the rated control power supply voltage value must be indicated; The wiring of the attachments (shunt release, auxiliary contacts, and alarm contacts) shall be in the form of terminal blocks. If the customer requires a lead out method, special instructions shall be made when ordering; Operation method:
When placing an order, if not specified, manual operation shall be used for supply; Wiring method: front board wiring, back board wiring, or plug-in type (if not specified when ordering, please supply according to front board wiring); Example: Order 100 units of JKM1-250, high breaking type, three pole, with AC400 undervoltage release, 200A. It should be written as: JKM1-250M/3330 200A, undervoltage AC 400V, 100 units.
