Product details
■ Product Overview
The XL low-voltage power distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants and industrial and mining enterprises, used for power distribution in three-phase four-wire or three-phase five-wire systems with AC voltage of 500V and below. The XL low-voltage power distribution cabinet is installed against a wall, and is suitable for front maintenance.
■ Model Meaning

■ Structural Features
The XL low-voltage power distribution cabinet is a closed type. The enclosure is made of bent steel plates. The knife switch operating handle is installed on the upper right column of the front of the cabinet, which can be used to switch the power supply. A voltmeter is installed on the front of the distribution cabinet to indicate the busbar voltage. There is a door on the front of the cabinet; when opened, all equipment inside is exposed, making it easy to inspect and maintain. This distribution cabinet uses profiled components designed domestically, featuring a compact structure and convenient maintenance. The wiring scheme is flexible and combinable. In addition to air circuit breakers and fuses for short-circuit protection, the distribution cabinet is also equipped with contactors and thermal relays. Operation buttons and indicator lights can be installed on the front door of the cabinet.
■ Operating Conditions
◇ Ambient Temperature: -50°C ~ +40°C, and the average temperature within 24h does not exceed +36°C;◇ Altitude: Not exceeding 2000m;◇ Relative Humidity: Does not exceed 50% at +40°C ambient air temperature;◇ Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at +20°C), considering that temperature changes may allow moderate condensation;◇ The inclination of the equipment installation to the vertical plane should not exceed 5°, and the equipment should be installed in places without severe vibration, impact, or corrosion.
■ Use, Maintenance, and Inspection
After installation or maintenance, the power distribution cabinet must undergo the following inspections and tests before being put into operation (Inspection and testing after maintenance depend on the nature of the maintenance).
◇ Check whether the internal electrical equipment and secondary wiring of the power distribution cabinet comply with the drawing requirements.
◇ Check whether the knife switch and air switch used for operation are flexible, and there should be no jamming.
◇ Check whether the contact of the installed electrical equipment is good, and whether it meets the requirements for use of the equipment itself.
