■Product Overview

XGN66-12 Fixed AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) is a new type of high-voltage electrical equipment set developed by our company. It complies with the national standard GB3906 "3-35kV AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear" and the power industry standard DLT404 "Technical Conditions for Indoor AC High-Voltage Switchgear", and also meets the international standard IEC60298 "AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear and Controlgear for Rated Voltages above 1kV and up to 52kV".

This product incorporates foreign professional technology. It has a small volume, only 50% of the volume of ordinary switchgear; the circuit breaker is highly reliable with good performance; the "Five-Prevention" interlocking mechanism is reliable and simple. The switchgear is a 3.6, 7.2, 12kV three-phase AC 50Hz single-busbar indoor complete set device, used for receiving and distributing electric energy. It has functions such as control, protection, and monitoring of circuits, and can be used in various power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, and other places. It can also be combined with ring network cabinets for use in switch rooms.

■Structural Features

The cabinet body is welded from high-quality angle steel.
The circuit breaker room is located in the middle (lower) part of the cabinet, making installation, commissioning, and maintenance convenient. It is standard equipped with a VS1 circuit breaker and has a pressure relief channel to ensure personal safety.
Uses a professional and reliable rotary isolating switch, allowing safe entry into the circuit breaker room for maintenance while the main busbar is energized.
The overall protection class of the cabinet is IP2X.
Equipped with a reliable mandatory mechanical interlock device with complete functions, simply and effectively meeting the "Five-Prevention" requirements.
Features a reliable grounding system.
The door is equipped with an observation window, allowing clear observation of the grounding status of components inside the cabinet.
The operating mechanism interlock uses the same JSXGN interlock mechanism as the XGN2-12 cabinet, which is simple, reliable, and easy to use.
Incoming and outgoing cables are located below the front of the cabinet, making it convenient for user connections.
