Surrounding air temperature: upper limit+40 ℃ , lower limit -40 ℃
Humidity: The daily average relative humidity should not exceed 95%; The monthly average is not greater than 90%.
Water vapor pressure: daily average not exceeding 2.2kPa; The monthly average value is not greater than 1.8kPa;
The altitude shall not exceed 2000m.
The surrounding air is not significantly polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive and flammable gases, vapors, or salt spray.

Independent enclosed gas box structure
All medium voltage live parts are installed in a completely enclosed stainless steel enclosure with a protection level of IP67, ensuring the personal
safety of operators; Not affected by small animals, corrosive gases, humidity, condensation, dust, and sun exposure, it does not rust or have eddy
currents (the box material is 304 stainless steel).
1. Dry air insulation
The use of dry air as the insulation medium product is more environmentally friendly and eliminates the use of SF6 gas and its pollution to the
environment. The medium voltage part inside the gas box adopts a composite insulation structure, which is compact, small in size, safe, reliable, and
practical.
2. Design of small vacuum arc extinguishing chamber
The design of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber structure, which uses vacuum as the extinguishing medium for miniaturization and low contact
pressure, reduces the closing output power of the operating mechanism, improves the operational reliability and mechanical life of the switchgear,
and truly achieves 10000 maintenance free cycles.
3. High personal safety
The switchgear adopts a fully insulated and fully sealed structure design, with a box protection level of IP4X and a medium voltage live part protection
level of IP67. The switchgear and transmission cables are connected by touchable full screen shielded plug-in cable heads, with reliable pressure
release devices and mechanical and electrical "five prevention" interlocks. The human-machine operation interface is intact to prevent misoperation
and ensure the personal safety of operators.
4. Spacious cable connection room
The cable connection room has a large connection space and is suitable for parallel cable connections and additional lightning arrester cable
connection plugs. At the same height, cables can be installed in parallel. The center distance of the cable outlet sleeve from the bottom of the box is
650mm.
5. Flexible expansion methods
Top or side mounted electrical connectors can be designed between each functional unit to reliably connect with other functional units for easy
expansion.
6. Each functional unit can be designed as a modular or shared box, with a maximum of 4 units shared in a box.
The shell, air box, pressure release device, and operating mechanism of the ring main unit have the following advantages:
1. Shell
The overall structure is designed with bolted connections using high-quality steel plates or aluminum zinc coated steel plates.
The upper part of the shell is the secondary instrument compartment, the middle part is the switch operating mechanism compartment, and the
lower part is the cable compartment; The lower part of the cable room has a cable inlet sealed bottom sealing plate. The cable room door is a pull type
operation that is simple and convenient, and is equipped with mechanical interlocking with a switch operating mechanism.
2. Gas box
The switch operating mechanism, gas pressure gauge, cable inlet and outlet conduit, and pressure relief device are arranged on the gas box by welding
and processing high-quality 304 stainless steel plates.
3. Pressure relief device
The pressure release device is installed at the bottom of the gas box. When the pressure inside the gas box rises abnormally beyond the predetermined
value, the pressure release device will activate to release the pressure and prevent the expansion of accidents, protecting the safety of personnel and
equipment.
4. Operating mechanism
The operating mechanism is installed in the compartment outside the switch chamber, and the isolation switch and grounding switch use
independent three position operating mechanisms; Install mechanical interlocking between two operating hand holes to prevent misoperation.
