The GJS6-12 fully enclosed and insulated ring network switchgear is a completely sealed system, with its live parts and switches enclosed in
a stainless steel body. The entire switch device is not affected by external environmental conditions, and can ensure the normal operation of the
switch even in extreme situations such as short-term water immersion, thereby ensuring operational reliability and personal safety, and achieving maintenance free operation. By selecting expandable busbars, any combination can be achieved to achieve full modularity. The expansion of busbar
safety insulation and shielding ensures reliability and safety.
The GJS6-12 fully enclosed and insulated ring network switchgear can also provide TV based automation solutions, forming the concept of intelligent switches and minimizing on-site safety and debugging workload.

PRODUCT FEATURES:
1. Modular design
Including load switch unit (C), load switch+fuse combination electrical unit (F), circuit breaker unit (V), metering cabinet unit (M), busbar PT unit (PT),
etc., different modules can be freely combined to form a ring main unit.
2. Fully insulated and sealed design
The primary live part (main busbar) and switch body of GJS6-12 switchgear are sealed in a stainless steel plate welded gas box. The main circuit is
connected to the outside through a sleeve installed on the gas box that complies with DIN47636 standard. It can be connected to the incoming and
outgoing cables through a fully insulated, fully shielded, and fully sealed detachable connector. The protection level of the gas box reaches IP67, and
the interior of the gas box is not affected by the external environment, with short-term flood and condensation resistance functions.
3. Flexible and scalable design
The GJS6-12 switchgear can be combined with various standard unit modules to form a common box type non expandable fixed ring network
switchgear (up to 6 units can be shared in the same GJS6-12 insulated gas box), or different module combinations can be designed as expandable
units. Through dedicated fully insulated and fully shielded busbar connectors, multiple forms of combinations can be achieved, achieving full
modularity and meeting the needs of different regions, forms, and customers to the maximum extent, providing diversified power supply and
distribution design solutions.
4. High safety and reliability
The live part and switch body are sealed in a stainless steel gas box and connected to the outside through a sleeve, avoiding direct contact with the
live body; The equipment has reliable pressure release devices and pressure relief channels, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment in the
event of a malfunction; Having a complete mechanical interlocking device can prevent misoperation to the greatest extent possible.
5. Newly developed independent institutions
We have independently developed and designed spring operating mechanisms, optimized components, simplified transmission structures, making
the overall mechanism more stable, transmission more flexible, and expandable for intelligent control. Interlocking adopts rigid connections, which
are relatively more reliable than soft connections. The components, micro switches, and circuit boards are integrated in a modular manner for easy
maintenance and repair.
6. Advanced welding and sealing technology
GJS6-12 switchgear strictly controls the strength, hardness, compression deformation, and other properties of materials involved in elastic sealing
components such as dynamic seals (switch operating shafts), pressure gauges, high-pressure bushings, and explosion-proof valves. Through a series
of testing and inspection methods, the sealing performance is ensured.
◆ High precision manufacturing of gas boxes: Drawing on advanced industry experience, we have introduced Suzhou Xunlei high-precision laser
cutting machines and CNC punching, reducing, folding and other equipment to ensure the dimensional accuracy of gas box parts processing. We use
ABB welding robots and fully automatic welding processes to ensure high welding efficiency, stable gas box quality, beautiful welds, and prevent gas
leakage inside the gas box and external moisture invasion, maximizing the stability of GJS6-12 gas cabinet performance.
◆ High quality control requirements for components: Components such as dynamic seals, density meters, and high-voltage bushings must be tested
using helium mass spectrometer leak detectors and X-ray non-destructive detectors. Relevant insulation components must undergo partial discharge
testing to ensure the high quality of components and improve the sealing performance of the gas box.
◆ Comprehensive leak detection technology: In addition to quality control of components, after assembly and inflation of the gas box, further 100%
leak detection is required.
◆ High standard requirement: The annual relative gas leakage rate is less than 0.01%, which is much higher than the technical requirement of less
than 1% stipulated by national standards.

Advanced automated assembly lines and sophisticated industrial processes ensure production efficiency and improve assembly accuracy.
