Main structural features:
XGN15-40.5 box type fixed AC metal enclosed switchgear is a fixed structure, and its basic skeleton is made of steel and steel plate bending and welding. The cabinet shell has an IP2X protection level. This switchgear is mainly assembled from a front cabinet and a rear cabinet, with corresponding functional units set up for different purposes. The charged bodies inside the cabinet are mainly insulated by air, and the insulation distance between each charged body and the ground is not less than 300mm.
The front cabinet is equipped with a main busbar and busbar isolation switch room, a circuit breaker room, a relay room, etc. The main busbar and busbar isolation switch room are located above the cabinet, and the circuit breaker room is located below the cabinet. The room is also equipped with a current transformer, and the two rooms are separated by an insulation board and connected by a busbar bushing. The relay is located in the middle of the front of the cabinet, with a total of 15 small busbar terminals and a two-wire cable channel. The terminal room is located inside the lower left door and can accommodate JH10 type terminals of 80 or more. There is also an M12 grounding bolt below the room for auxiliary circuit grounding, and the right door is a maintenance channel. Above the terminal room is the operation panel, which can be equipped with auxiliary switches.
The rear cabinet is connected to the front cabinet with bolts. According to customer requirements, the cabinet can be equipped with bypass busbars and isolation switches, and overhead incoming and outgoing lines also pass through this phase. When setting up the bypass busbar, if the overhead outgoing line does not reach the safe height, a small auxiliary cabinet or barrier net needs to be added. When no side busbar is installed, overhead incoming and outgoing lines can pass through the top of the rear cabinet. This cabinet can also be equipped with electrical and voltage transformers, lightning arresters, connecting busbars, and cable incoming and outgoing lines. The rear door is a double door structure. If the live display indicates that there is no power, the rear door can be opened. The main busbar room is separated from the rear cabinet by a partition.
