Environmental conditions for use:
◆Ambient air temperature
Maximum temperature: 40 ℃; Minimum temperature: -25 ℃; And the average value measured within 24 hours shall not exceed 35 ℃.
◆Relative humidity
The average relative humidity measured within 24 hours shall not exceed 95%;
The average monthly relative humidity should not exceed 90%;
Condensation may occur during sudden temperature changes during high humidity periods;
The average water vapor pressure measured within 24 hours shall not exceed 2.2kPa
The average monthly water vapor pressure shall not exceed 1.8 kPa,
◆Altitude
The altitude of the equipment installation site shall not exceed 1000m.
◆The seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees.
◆The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system shall not exceed 1.6kV.
◆The surrounding air is not significantly polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive and flammable gases, vapors, or salt spray.
Note: When the usage conditions exceed the above regulations, a solution can be negotiated with the user.
Inflatable isolation parameters:
◆The operating pressure of the inflatable compartment pressure release device is 0.2 MPa~0.25 MPa
◆After inflating the inflatable compartment, let it stand for 38 hours. The moisture content of SF6 gas should not exceed 250ppm, and the on-site acceptance of SF6 gas moisture content should not exceed 1000ppm. Refer to DL/T 60320060 for reference standards

Cabinet structure description
This switchgear is an assembled metal enclosed switchgear with low-pressure SF6 gas insulation for the main circuit and vacuum circuit breaker for the main switch. The inflatable compartment is divided into two parts, the circuit breaker compartment and the main busbar compartment
Compartment. All main circuit components (vacuum circuit breakers, three position isolation switches) as well as main and branch busbars are installed inside the inflatable compartment. The structure of the switchgear can be divided into circuit breaker inflation compartment, main busbar inflation compartment, cable room, operating mechanism room, instrument room, small busbar room, etc. according to their functions. Both the inflatable compartment and the cable compartment are equipped with independent pressure release channels to ensure maximum personal safety and equipment operation.
The circuit breaker inflation compartment and main busbar inflation compartment of the switchgear are welded with thin high-quality stainless steel plates, and the switchgear shell is assembled by bending high-quality steel plates.
