Overview of FZRN25-12D/T630-20 High Voltage Vacuum Load Switch:
1. The FZRN25A-12D load switch adopts an integral frame assembly structure, and the dynamic and static contacts in each phase circuit are enclosed in a vacuum tube to form a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber. It and related conductors are installed on an integral insulation support;
2. The upper end of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is connected to the upper and lower direct acting isolation switches located at the rear through a conductive body to form a conductive circuit;
3. The dynamic and static contacts and conductors of the isolation switch are also installed in the upper and lower integrated semi enclosed insulation support. The entire organic insulation support is confined to the metal frame. The spring energy storage operating mechanism effectively combines the characteristics of similar products nationwide and is installed on the side of the metal frame, greatly improving the service life of the spring operating mechanism operation;
4. If a detachable fuse device and a fuse and its release device are installed on the conductive body at the lower end of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber to form a load switch fuse combination electrical appliance;
5. There are grounding knife arms, spring operating mechanisms, and interlocks installed on the metal frame;
6. There is a heat-resistant, flame-retardant, and transparent organic glass cover between the moving and stationary contacts of the isolation switch, effectively ensuring personal safety;
7. Ground the static contact at the bottom of the load switch to form a load switch with a grounding switch and a combination electrical device with a grounding switch.
