To solve these fire safety problems, our company has developed an emergency start (forced start) device for fire machinery based on the above issues. This switch can be manually operated to forcibly start the fire pump when the distribution cabinet cannot automatically start the fire pump in the event of a fire, so that the fire pump can operate effectively and avoid causing significant property losses to the people.

Do not install in places where gas media can corrode metals and damage insulation.

insulation test
This switch has undergone insulation testing according to standard regulations before leaving the factory. If retesting is performed before installation, the steps are as follows:
(1) Use a 1000VDC megohmmeter (CM1-63 is a 500VDC megohmmeter).
(2) The insulation resistance should not be less than 20MQ.
(3) Between the contacts of the circuit breaker, between phases, and between phases and the casing (the casing is covered with metal foil).
If the user does not have a megohmmeter, a power frequency withstand voltage tester can be used as a substitute test. The measurement location should refer to the insulation testing method, and a voltage of 3000V/1min should be applied. Installation method
(1) Please install on flame-retardant materials such as metal;
(2) The switch should be installed vertically;
(3) Fix the switch body, bottom plate, and base onto the mounting plate.
