CJ19 series switching capacitor contactors (hereinafter referred to as contactors) are mainly used for power lines with alternating current SOHz or60Hz and rated working voltage up to 380V, for low-voltage reactive power compensation equipment to connect or disconnect low-voltage shunt capacitors. Theor is equipped with an anti-inrush current device, which can effectively reduce the closing impact and suppress the overvoltage when breaking.

Structural characteristics:
▮The contactor is of straight-through double-break structure, with the contact system arranged in two layers, the upper layer having three pairs contacts and current-limiting resistors constituting an equalizing surge current device. When the switch is closed, it is first connected for a few milliseconds before the working contact connected, and the permanent magnet block in the current-limiting contact is released under the action of the spring, disconnecting the current-limiting resistor, allowing the capacitor work normally. The internal circuit connection diagram of the contactor is shown in the figure.
▮The contactor CJ19-25-43 has two pairs of contacts, and the contactor CJ19-63-95 has three pairs of auxiliary contacts. The contactor connection terminals are covered with insulating covers, which are safe reliable. The coil connection terminals are marked with voltage data to prevent incorrect connection. The CJ19-25-43 contactor can be installed with screws or clipped a 35mm standard rail via the sliding block at the bottom. There is a detachable rectangular plaque on the front cover, which the user can use to print the project, etc. The CJ19-63-95 can be installed using 35mm or 75mm standard rails.
