The dual speed fan control box is suitable for use in three-phase rated voltage 380V, single-phase 220V, frequency 50Hz, frequent direct starting reversible applications, mainly suitable for squirrel cage motors below 20KW. A lightweight starter that can be manually, automatically, or remotely controlled (PLC remote) in light load starting situations. This product has a small size, easy installation, simple operation, and can meet the starting needs of various water pumps and fans. The fire fan control box must pass the national CCCF certification.
The functions of the dual speed fan control box and the smoke exhaust (positive pressure blower) control box are basically the same. Users can operate at low speed during normal ventilation, start the fan locally, or activate the high-speed button to make the fan run at high speed. In automatic mode, when receiving signals from the fire alarm center, the fan switches from low-speed operation to high-speed operation. For example, when the fan stops working, it can be directly stopped at high speed in the fire center, and the signal can be returned to the fire center.
