Short Description:
Generally, it should be installed near the transformer or distribution room. If the construction site is far away from the transformer or distribution room, it is necessary to consider installing the first level box at the relative center position of the construction site's electrical machinery (without affecting material transportation and storage), in order to prepare for the next step of installing the second level box.
Precautions for installation of construction site box doors:
First level box:
Generally, it should be installed near the transformer or distribution room. If the construction site is far away from the transformer or distribution room, it is necessary to consider installing the first level box at the relative center position of the construction site's electrical machinery (without affecting material transportation and storage), in order to prepare for the next step of installing the second level box.
Secondary distribution box:
Generally, one is placed in the middle position between the tower crane and the mixer (without affecting material transportation and storage), in the steel bar production area, and in the concrete pump station.
Third level distribution box:
Installed in areas with relatively concentrated electrical equipment loads, the distance between the secondary distribution box and the tertiary box should not exceed 30 meters.
The first level distribution box is generally the main distribution cabinet for the construction transformer outlet. Depending on the size of the transformer and the main concentration of the electrical load, appropriate incoming and outgoing switches, as well as the number of outgoing switches, are selected.
The second level is generally arranged in areas where the main electrical loads are concentrated. The magnetic switch of the main incoming line is set according to the size of the load, and the outgoing switch also needs to be set according to the size of the load and the number of electrical equipment used;
The third level distribution cabinet refers to a mobile distribution box that is powered by the second level distribution box on site, and is generally equipped with residual current switches and sockets inside.
