Structural characteristics of wind power substation:
1. The internal configuration is highly reliable and cost-effective. Two load switches and fuses are installed on the high voltage side to reliably protect the transformer, while SOCOMEC isolation switches and high breaking capacity fuses are installed on the low voltage side. Additionally, a 2KVA station transformer can be installed; The main circuit scheme is simple and economical;
2. The high voltage load switch and high voltage fuse are placed in a fully sealed transformer oil tank, using transformer oil as the insulation medium. The high voltage output end adopts a fully insulated silicone rubber cable joint, which is truly full working condition, fully insulated, fully sealed, and maintenance free, ensuring a service life of up to 20 years in harsh environments.
3. Using high ignition point oil as insulation and cooling medium, there is no need to filter or change oil during the service life. The sealing components are made of high-performance rubber beads, which have the same service life as the equipment.
4. The labyrinth sealing method used for the outer door of the box is equipped with high elasticity and long-life sealing strips. Dust prevention facilities are installed at the ventilation holes to effectively prevent erosion from wind, sand, rain, snow, and other factors. The protection level is IP44.
