YBW-35 environmentally friendly combined substation is a complete set of products that assemble voltage switchgear, transformers, and low-voltage distribution equipment into a whole. As a power distribution equipment for urban buildings, residential areas, small and medium-sized factories, mining and oil fields, it has the characteristics of strong completeness, small volume, compact structure, high reliability, small on-site installation workload, short installation height cycle, and portability. Properly changing its appearance and color to adapt to the environment can also beautify the environment. It is currently a substitute product for urban and rural civil engineering substations and a complete set of equipment for urban network construction and renovation.
YBW-35 environmentally friendly combined substation product features:
1. The substation consists of a high-voltage switch room, a low-voltage switch room, a relay protection room, and a transformer room. The casings of high-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchgear rooms, and relay protection rooms can be made of aluminum alloy plates, steel plates, or composite plates. The surface of the aluminum alloy plate is treated with anodizing to enhance its corrosion resistance and strength. Steel plates and structural components are treated with phosphating, and composite panels have bright and beautiful colors, as well as insulation, flame retardancy, and other characteristics. The transformer room does not have a closed outer shell structure but instead has a high safety net cover, which is beneficial for ventilation and heat dissipation of the transformer, as well as ensuring personal and equipment safety.
2. The high-voltage switchgear room can be equipped with JYNI-35. KYNI0-35 switchgear or 35KV load switch. Users can freely choose the overhead cable method for 35KV incoming and outgoing lines.
3. Low voltage switchgear room LV:
a. When the low voltage side is 10KV, the low voltage switchgear room can be equipped with XGN2-1, KZNI-12, KYNI-12 switchgear, HXGNII-10F, HXGN26-10 (F) ring main unit.
b. When the low side is 0.4KV, DWI5T series, ME series, M series, F series frame type circuit breakers and D220 series, CM series, H series, S series plastic shell air circuit breakers are installed in the low voltage switchgear room (usually not equipped with low voltage switchgear to save space).
4. The power-off protection room is equipped with AC screens, DC screens, signal screens, protection screens, motion control screens (RTU) carrier screens or fiber optic terminals.
Note: According to user requirements, this substation can be protected by conventional grid relays or by a substation microcomputer integrated automation system.
