Overview
The GT-12 series solid insulated ring switch is a fully insulated, fully sealed, and maintenance free solid insulated vacuum switchgear. The high-voltage live parts are made of epoxy resin material with excellent insulation performance, which is cast and molded. The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, main electrical circuit, insulation support, etc. are organically combined into a whole, and the functional units are connected through fully insulated solid busbar. Therefore, the entire switchgear is not affected by the external environment, ensuring the reliability of equipment operation and the safety of operators.

1、 Environmental Protection
The materials used in product manufacturing are all non-toxic and harmless substances, and no toxic substances are emitted during use. The materials can be recycled and reused after their life cycle, which determines the environmental friendliness of their use.
Fully insulated, fully sealed, and fully shielded epoxy resin switch housing and fuse housing (epoxy resin has excellent electrical, mechanical, and thermal properties and has been used in electrical equipment for a long time, achieving good performance). The switch housing and fuse housing are formed using epoxy resin APG technology. Insulated casing is a key component of solid insulated switches, serving as both an insulating and load-bearing component. Require to meet technical requirements such as heat resistance, weather resistance, crack resistance, high mechanical strength, and good insulation strength simultaneously.
2、 Wide applicability
The switch cylinder and isolation switch operating mechanism box adopt a dynamic and static sealing structure to form a sealed cavity, filled with zero gauge pressure dry nitrogen gas, without using SF6 gas, isolated from the external environment, ensuring the full working condition of the switch cabinet.
3、 Easy installation and transportation
Single cabinet structure, unified design for the entire series of products, providing users with multiple cabinet types that meet their needs, and with consistent geometric dimensions. We use universal insulated busbars and cable plugs produced by cable accessory manufacturers. The switchgear can be combined on-site and expanded freely, avoiding the inconvenience of transportation and installation caused by multiple combinations. If requested by the user, a combination cabinet can also be provided.
4、 Maintenance free
Solid insulated indoor AC high voltage vacuum switchgear is in a fully sealed state except for the operating mechanism, which can avoid cleaning and maintenance, reducing the cost of operation and maintenance.
5、 Security
Due to the use of shielding measures on touchable parts, the occurrence of personal electric shock accidents has been eliminated and the safety of use has been improved. A complete interlocking system with clear and visible three-phase isolation fractures avoids the occurrence of misoperation accidents. The application of SF6 gas has been cancelled, avoiding explosion accidents caused by insufficient gas pressure leading to a decrease in insulation performance and arc extinguishing ability of SF6 ring main units. Strengthen the inter phase isolation structure to prevent the expansion or triggering of explosion accidents due to inter phase or multi circuit short circuits. Adopting a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber with explosion-proof performance, the switch sleeve provides further protection for the switch. The auxiliary grounding switch of the load switch fuse combination device is sealed in the fuse body with a vacuum switch tube.
6、 Ease of operation
The isolation switch and grounding switch only have one operating handle, so there is no need to identify or worry about errors. When the circuit breaker is running, the operating handle of the isolation switch and grounding switch cannot be operated, and the operating procedure is clear at a glance. Anyone with a little knowledge of electricians can operate it, and there is no need to undergo complex technical training. This makes the operation exceptionally simple, leading to errors in social distancing.
7、 Intelligentization
