1、 Preface

In recent years, China's investment in urban and rural power construction has continued to increase, and significant achievements have been made in the development of smart grids. This has enabled the resource allocation capacity, operational efficiency, and technological innovation of the State Grid to reach world-class levels, leading the direction of world power grid development. As a result, the demand for transmission and transformation equipment and power products has sharply increased. This will bring huge business opportunities for smart grid related enterprises and usher in a flourishing development opportunity. To meet the needs of market development, we will hold the "2025 Shandong International Power Equipment and Smart Grid Equipment Exhibition" at the Bajiaowan International Convention and Exhibition Center in Yantai from September 24-26, 2025.

Standard booth fee: (3m x 3m)

Basic price for vacant land (starting from an area of no less than 36 square meters)

Standard booth configuration: 9 square meters of exhibition space and carpet, 2.5m high wall panel, lintel production, one negotiation table, two chairs, one 220V power socket, and two fluorescent lamps.

Luxury special booth configuration: In addition to the standard booth configuration, it includes a booth light box, company logo, one glass round table, three chairs, and a pre conference brochure (worth 8000 yuan).

Allocation of bare space expenses: exhibition venue, security, cleaning services (excluding special decoration management fees).

If the exhibiting company chooses a booth or a double opening booth, an additional 20% booth fee will be charged, and the conference fee will be 500 RMB per person (for catering, souvenirs, etc.).

5、 Exhibition Procedure

Fill out the booth application form, stamp it, and mail or fax it to the organizing committee of the conference. Within one week of applying for a booth, the exhibition fee [50% deposit or full payment] shall be wired or paid to the organizing committee. The principle of booth allocation is "apply first, remit first, arrange first", and the remaining balance shall be paid in full before August 10, 2025.

After receiving the "Exhibition Application Form" and booth fees, the organizer will send the "Exhibitor Handbook" to the exhibitors. The transportation of exhibitor accommodation products and other matters will be subject to the "Exhibitor Handbook".
