Exhibition Introduction:
In the post pandemic era, Vietnam's economy is expected to develop rapidly due to the advantages of exporting Vietnamese products to Europe and the United States in terms of taxes and low labor costs. A large amount of mechanical and electrical equipment and energy-saving products are imported from China. Due to the rapid development of the economy, the demand for electricity and energy in Vietnam's electricity market has greatly increased, with an average annual growth rate of 13.4%. It is estimated that demand will increase from 24% to 42% from 2022 to 2050. The rapid development of home appliances, commercial buildings, hotels, and other infrastructure projects, industrial zones, and commercial centers in Vietnam has led to an increasing demand for electromechanical devices, air conditioning systems, security systems, solar energy series, and new energy products.
The Vietnam International Power Equipment and Technology Exhibition and the Vietnam International Energy Conservation and Green Energy Technology Products Exhibition are the largest exhibitions in Vietnam's power and new energy industry. They have been identified as key national trade promotion projects and have received strong support from the Vietnamese government. The Vietnamese power equipment industry has been rated as one of the most attractive investment areas in the region. The exhibition has been successfully held for 17 sessions since 2008 and has received strong support from the Vietnamese government, making it the most professional international power and new energy exhibition in Vietnam.

Market background:
Vietnam, with a population of over 90 million, is the most economically active and rapidly growing country in Southeast Asia. The fields of electricity and new energy have been the fastest developing in Vietnam in recent years and have been rated as one of the most attractive investment areas in the region. The Vietnamese government is vigorously developing electricity and promoting the use of new energy, but due to its own industrial limitations, it is unable to produce high standard products, including products in the electricity and energy fields that are highly dependent on imports and recognize Chinese product standards. Chinese companies' products account for nearly 70% of the market. The Vietnamese government is vigorously promoting the construction of rural electricity projects, developing urban green energy, solar energy, wind energy, and biomass power generation projects. Therefore, the Vietnamese electricity market is a huge business opportunity for Chinese companies.
