All users who accept the services provided by Electrical Foreign Trade Platform membership services must fully and strictly comply with these service terms.

The user assumes all risks associated with using the Electrical Foreign Trade Platform membership service, including but not limited to financial and investment risks. The Electrical Foreign Trade Platform makes no warranties of any kind, whether explicit or implicit, regarding this. The Electrical Foreign Trade Platform does not guarantee that the service will meet the user's requirements. The user must clearly understand and agree to any losses caused by the following reasons, including but not limited to profits, goodwill, use, data loss, or other intangible losses. The Electrical Foreign Trade Platform does not assume any direct, indirect, incidental, special, derivative, or punitive damages for the inability to use this service, including but not limited to service interruption, the timeliness, security, error, or loss of this service; Any goods, information, or services purchased or received through this service, or any messages received; Unauthorized access or alteration of user data or data transmission; Users are responsible for maintaining product information and updating other related services.
6. User management users are solely responsible for publishing content on the Electrical Foreign Trade Platform membership service. The acceptance of services provided by Electrical Foreign Trade Platform membership services by users is based on all international legal standards, national laws, and local laws applicable to Electrical Foreign Trade Platform membership services. Users must follow:

7. Ensure that users agree to safeguard and maintain the interests of all members of the Electrical Foreign Trade Platform, be responsible for paying legal fees incurred by users using services beyond the scope of the service, compensation fees for damages caused by violations of service terms, and recovery fees for other people using users' computers, accounts, and other intellectual property rights.
8. End of service users or Electrical Foreign Trade Platform may interrupt Electrical Foreign Trade Platform membership services at any time based on actual circumstances. The Electrical Foreign Trade Platform is not responsible to any individual or third party for interrupting services at any time. If the user objects to any terms of service, objects to subsequent modifications, or is dissatisfied with the Electrical Foreign Trade Platform service, the user has the following rights:
